Rose is an advocate of rolling up her sleeves, facilitating tough conversations, asking the necessary questions, and synthesizing disparate information to bring effective solutions to the table.

She believes that profit and purpose aren’t mutually exclusive and is passionate about giving back — through SCOUT and in her personal time.
